Order delivery Orders are delivered to the address specified by the customer at the time of the order settlement. Group Finitec is committed to prepare the order within 1 to 3 business days. The carrier undertakes to carry out the order delivery within 5-15 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, with the exception of Holidays. The Express shipping is available at an additional cost. Package Group Finitec recommends that you register a delivery address where the recipient is available to receive the package on delivery, because a signature is required. In case you would not be present during the delivery, the carrier will leave a delivery note with the details of where the package is based OR a delivery notice with a phone number that allows you to schedule a second delivery.
Skid According to the details of the order (number of items, dimensions and weights), the order could be you delivered on a skid. Group Finitec recommends that you register a delivery address where the recipient is available to receive the skid upon delivery because a signature is required. The carrier will contact you to schedule an appointment for delivery. Generally, these deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm (EST).
Order tracking You can track the shipment of an order with the carrier. As soon as the order leaves the warehouse, Group Finitec or the carrier will send you via email a tracking number allowing you to track the delivery of your order.
Claim policy For any claim concerning a material breach upon the reception of the order, contact the Customer Service of Group Finitec, from Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm (EST) via email@example.com or 1 888 838-4449, by indicating the identification number of your order.
Return policy If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it free of charge, within 30 days following the delivery, to get a refund. However, the product must be in its original condition and packaging and have not been opened. Simply contact our customer service to make the return. We will pay all shipping charges for return, but we cannot refund shipping charges to the original order. Once we have received your return, we will credit you as the original payment method. Clearance products constitute a binding sale and are exempt from the above Return Policy: No returns, exchanges or refunds.
Modification / cancellation policy It is possible to modify or cancel a recent order if it is still pending. Since most orders are processed immediately, there is a short time you can modify or cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate any modification or cancellation of an order not being processed; however, we are unable to modify or cancel an order being processed. When the package is supported by our carrier, it is impossible to recover the goods. We invite you to communicate quickly with us to give us your request for modification or cancellation of your order on hold Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm (EST) via email@example.com or 1 888 838-4449, by indicating the identification number of your order.
Payment / Billing
Price All prices displayed on the Group Finitec e-commerce platform are in Canadian dollars.
Payment method Payment is made by credit card. Accepted credit cards are: VISA, MasterCard, American Express (Amex) and Discover.
Taxes The amount of taxes to be paid is calculated on sales tax applicable at the delivery address.
Product availability Group Finitec strives to stock sufficient quantities of products sold through its e-commerce platform. However, if a product is not available, contact the Customer Service of Group Finitec, from Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm (EST) via firstname.lastname@example.org or 1 888 838-4449 to know the next availability.
Responsibility If the responsibility of Group Finitec was retained in respect of a client's e-commerce platform, this responsibility would be limited to the sum of the amounts that the customer has paid Group Finitec to purchase products through its e-commerce platform. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the customer enjoys all the rights under any law or applicable regulation; it must also satisfy the requirements under the same laws and regulations. The relationship between the parties shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec. Any dispute arising from sales or credits or breach the conditions of sale apply to the purchase of products through the Group Finitec e-commerce platform, fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec.
